Do I need an appointment?
No appointment is necessary, though scheduling one helps. We will have your paperwork and supplies ready so you are in and out quickly. Walk-ins are always welcome.
How soon will my results be ready?
Most results are available within 24 to 72 business hours after your specimen is collected. You will be notified the moment they land in your secure portal.
How will I receive my results?
You get immediate access through our secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal. You can also have results mailed, faxed, or pick them up in person. A signed authorization is required to release results to anyone but you.
How long does a visit take?
We know your time matters. Most customers are in and out in 15 minutes or less, unless a specialized or timed collection is required.
Do I need a doctor's order?
No. Each of our locations has a physician who oversees the testing. If your doctor sends a formal lab order, we are happy to fulfill that too.
Can you email my results?
We can email certain results while following all HIPAA and state rules, with your signed authorization on file. Some tests, such as HIV, must be picked up in person under federal regulations.
If I cancel after collection, is my order refundable?
Once a specimen has been collected and sent to the laboratory, we are unable to refund the order. We are a draw center, meaning we order the test, collect the specimen, and send it on to the lab for analysis.
Who do I call about my test results?
Our staff can walk you through the details of any test, but we do not diagnose or interpret results. For medical guidance on your results, we encourage you to talk with your physician.
